Your Impact

We are looking for a Head of Risk to lead and stabilize our risk organization during a phase of rapid growth.

This role replaces our interim leadership and is critical for building a long-term, scalable risk function that enables sustainable growth.

You will lead a growing team, manage a rapidly expanding credit portfolio, and build the processes, systems, and culture required for scale.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a build-and-lead role.

You will work directly with the founder and leadership team and have full ownership of the risk function.

Your Mission

  • Lead and develop the Risk team, creating clarity, structure, and strong performance standards

  • Own credit underwriting quality and portfolio performance across B2B and B2C

  • Build scalable risk processes, policies, and decision frameworks to support rapid growth

  • Drive automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making in the risk function

  • Balance growth and risk while ensuring losses remain within defined risk appetite

  • Work hands-on where needed while shaping the long-term risk strategy

  • Strong experience in credit risk and underwriting, ideally across both B2B and consumer lending

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams

  • A hands-on mindset combined with strategic thinking

  • The ability to operate effectively in fast-changing, imperfect environments

  • A strong ownership mentality and drive to make things happen

  • A data-driven approach to decision-making

We work closely with installers of climate hardware such as solar systems, energy storage, and heat pumps — enabling their customers to finance installations easily through monthly installments. Our platform provides the technical and financial foundation to make this happen. In doing so, we’re actively accelerating the energy transition — for households, for our partners, and for the planet.

We’ve recently secured €500 million in funding commitments to green 25,000 households over the next two years. Prior to that, we raised two funding rounds backed by several renowned VCs — and we’ve been growing rapidly ever since.
